Black History Month Spotlight: Josh McCoy
Adena Health System celebrates the achievements of Black Americans and the positive impact they had and continue to have on this country and the communities we serve. We recognize Black caregivers in all levels of health care that serve and care for the well-being of others every day despite challenging and uncomfortable obstacles as we all work together for equality.
Adena is committed to creating an inclusive environment that respects the human dignity and diversity of each member of the Adena family. Everyone deserves and will be treated fairly and equitably. We recognize and celebrate the value of diverse cultures, beliefs, identities and race.
As we celebrate Black History Month, help us recognize Josh McCoy, West Market Vice President and Senior Operations Executive Officer for Adena Greenfield Medical Center.
Josh began his career at Adena in 2010, being named to his current position in 2018. A Greenfield native and graduate of Greenfield McClain High School, he takes great pride in serving the health care needs of his hometown and being an active part of the community.
McCoy and his wife of 17 years have two daughters. Josh is an assistant varsity softball coach at Greenfield McClain and member of Shorter Chapel A.M.E church. When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time outdoors, including camping with his family, fishing with his children and hunting in the fall.
