Adena Rehabilitation and Wellness Center

The Adena Rehabilitation & Wellness Center in Chillicothe provides physical and occupational therapy services and treatments to the residents of Ross County and the surrounding communities in Southern Ohio. This location also serves as the home for the Adena Sports Medicine staff and Athletic Trainers. 

Opened in January 2002, the 10,000-sq.-ft. center features a comprehensive collection of state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment such as the Biodex Balance Trainer, TRX suspension system, Total Gym, cable and body weight resistance, Sci Fit steppers and upper body ergometers, treadmills, and elliptical steppers.

The clinic also offers various rehabilitation modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, mechanical traction, and fluidotherapy. Treatment techniques include specialties in splinting, spinal manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and balance training. 

Our dedicated team of therapists and caregivers treat patients of all ages with a variety of conditions and offer personal and customized care for those recovering from injuries or surgery.

Hours

The Adena Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is open Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
