Adena Health System is excited to offer a Well-Being Program.
Adena has partnered with Bravo to offer this optional program where Adena Health Plan members can earn premium discounts and those not on the health plan can earn a reward gift card.
Our hope is all caregivers will participate and do one thing to support their well-being. We know that we have to take care of ourselves in order to take care of each other, our families, and our patients.
Caregivers enrolled in the Adena Health Plan can save up to $520/year on their medical premium. That’s extra money in your paychecks. Caregivers not enrolled in medical can earn a $200 gift card.
The Adena Well-Being Program is confidential, and does not receive any individualized information. All of your personal health information is stored by Bravo Wellness.

Tips on Completing the Incentive Requirements
1.) Check the 2022 Launch Program Requirements to start
2.) Creating a Bravo Account
3.) Familiarize with the Bravo Platform
4.) If you think you have completed the requirements for a Well-Being activity go to “Checklist to earn the Incentive” and walkthrough the wellness checklist.
5.) Do not wait until the last week to complete an activity.
6.) If registered for an Online University, all required trainings must be complete before the deadline. Be aware that some online universities are multiple week courses.
